Phone Systems Connections\u201d under the \u201cCommunication Setup\u201d panel for setup<\/li>\n<li>Here you Activate the RingCentral integration\n<ul>\n<li>The \u201cExecute Command\u201d URL provided on this page should be entered into RingCentral Desktop App as shown in the RingCentral link below<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/support.ringcentral.com\/s\/article\/Phone-Desktop-Launch-Application-URL-Incoming-Call?language=en_US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RingCentral Desktop App Setup<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Once the above is done, an Incoming Call on the RingCentral Desktop App triggers a query to the Agiliron CRM for the incoming Caller ID record and that page is automatically opened in the Agiliron CRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Usability<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Login Session Timeout Warning Added<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Agiliron login sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity per the industry compliance requirements for security.<\/li>\n<li>In this release, we have introduced a Session Timeout Warning dialog that will come up 4 minutes before the session expires (as shown in the screenshot below) giving the user an opportunity to click \u201cKeep Working\u201d button to renew the session.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agiliron.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/still-there.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1345 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.agiliron.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/still-there.png\" alt=\"Are you still there screenshot\" width=\"448\" height=\"265\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.agiliron.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/still-there.png 448w, https:\/\/www.agiliron.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/still-there-300x177.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CRM Modules<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Customer Account Label Printing<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Similar to Product Barcode Label Printing that has been previously available, this release includes the ability to Print Labels for Customers (to use at Conferences, Membership or Invited Events etc.).<\/li>\n<li>\u201cSettings &gt; Customer Account Barcode Label Templates\u201d allows user to create Customized Labels in a Graphical Canvas Editor (this editor is the same as the one for Custom Product Barcode Templates).<\/li>\n<li>Once the templates are setup, user can generate the Label from \u201cAccounts &gt; 3-dot button &gt; Print Barcode\u201d and follow the Wizard instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Transaction Modules<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SO\/Quote\/SR &#8211; Contact Name &#8211; Added [i] button<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>New \u201cInfo\u201d [i] button added to right of \u201cContact Name\u201d field in SO\/Quote\/SR edit page<\/li>\n<li>Clicking this button brings up dialog with History information\n<ul>\n<li>Recent Sales Orders for that Contact<\/li>\n<li>Recent Sales Returns for that Contact<\/li>\n<li>Recent Quotes for that Contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>New Tooltips for Shipping &amp;
