This release contains a number of new features and updates. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agiliron v10.2 contains the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>POS<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>&#8220;Review Returns&#8221; &#8211; New Flow added<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users can now pull up a previous return to review and reprint receipt (&#8220;Review Sales&#8221; has been previously supported for the same dealing with Sales Orders).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Addition of Sales Order # and Sales Return # Barcodes to the POS Receipt<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is included at the bottom of the receipt for the standard receipts<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This facilitates scanning of the order # for returns, exchanges, reprints<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customizable receipts: 2 new markers are available &#8211; $pos_sales_order_number_barcode and $pos_return_order_number_barcode which are also in the drop-down selectors on the template editing page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Customer New\/Edit dialog &#8211; 2 New Fields<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Type&#8221; and &#8220;%Discount&#8221; which to the respective fields in &#8220;Account&#8221; in the CRM.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Product Information Dialog &#8211; Bin Location Added<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If display of stock from all stock locations is turned on in the POS Channel settings, then the Stock Table will display Bin Location at each stock location.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Time Tracking Report enhancement<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now includes the Total hours at the bottom of the report.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>BackOffice<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Inventory and Pricing Sync to All Channels<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two new links have been added to the bottom of &#8220;Products &gt; Products&#8221; &#8211; &#8220;Bulk Inventory Update to All Channels&#8221;, &#8220;Bulk Pricing Update to all Channels&#8221;. After a Inventory or Pricing import, these links can be used to push the updates to all channels with a single click.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sales Orders &#8220;Select Template PDF&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Email PDF&#8221; dialog enhanced<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contact List now includes Contact Profile information in () next to Contact Name and &#8220;Contact Name&#8221; is now a link that opens Contact in separate tab<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Account added to List in include in email sent..this is also a link to open Account in separate tab<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>&#8220;Select Template PDF&#8221; added to all transaction modules<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allows user to select any custom template to generate and send documents &#8211; Quotes, Sales Order, Sales Returns, Receivables, Shipping, Purchase Orders, Payables, Receiving<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>All &#8220;Email PDF&#8221; flows enhanced<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Allows user to select additional recipients from Contacts, Account in the system or additional email addresses not in the system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For Sales Receipts, Invoices, Quotes, Sales Returns, Purchase Orders and related modules to use the &#8220;Select Template PDF&#8221; &gt; &#8220;Email PDF&#8221; dialog<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>&#8220;Bill To&#8221; field editing enabled in Sales Orders, Sales Returns &amp; Quotes<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gives additional control to user for customization in certain cases to override the default behavior. Previously this was auto-filled from Account &amp; Contact<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>A new customizable template for B2B\/B2C stores has been added. Template # 541100160<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>SPS Commerce &#8211; added support for 870 (Order Status)<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Matrix SKU level Images<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edit a sku under the &#8220;Matrix Items&#8221; sub-tab for a product to add images to individual skus. This is also supported as a field in the product import\/export CSV file<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This field can accommodate one or more image filenames (in the same way as the product level)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Shipping Cost Sync to QuickBooks<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Settings &gt; QuickBooks&#8221; now includes a new switch (&#8220;Sync Shipping, Freight &amp; Delivery Costs&#8221;) that allows user to turn on\/off the syncing of Shipping Costs (which came over from ShipStation or manually entered) to QuickBooks Desktop or Online.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Barcodes to ShipStation<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When sending orders to ShipStaton, the product information now includes the Barcode information if available for the line item products in Agiliron.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Matrix Sku Barcode in Global Search<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Matrix SKU Barcode now included in Global Search (it will return the Product that has the match).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>PO &amp; Returns &#8211; Direct Deposit Payment Method Types<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(e.g. Electronic Transfer) has been added as a selectable Payment Method in PO and Sales Returns<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sales Orders related sub-tabs format in various modules (i.e. Accounts, Contacts, Products etc.)<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previously it displayed the results based on the Default view in &#8220;Orders &gt; Sales Orders&#8221; list view<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 10.2, the related sub-tabs will still borrow the columns from that Default view in &#8220;Orders &gt; Sales Orders&#8221; but will ignore the filters in the Default Custom View<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reason for this is that often customers set the Default view with time filters for specific windows but in the related sub-tabs you want to see the entire list.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Export Products, Images, Categories from external channels<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Links in &#8220;Settings &gt; Channels &gt; edit respective channel) like BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify &amp; WooCommerce for purposes of importing them into Agiliron<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These have been made offline operations so they run in the background and email the user when complete<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In many cases, because of the large number of products and images these can take a while so this approach makes that process easier to manage.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Sales Order &amp; Invoices Customizable Templates PayInvoice Link<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supports an additional field &#8220;$sales_order_pay_invoice_url_link&#8221; in addition to the previously available &#8220;$sales_order_pay_invoice_url&#8221;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This new link just returns the actual URL for the PayInvoice page&#8230;the user can then include that url in a custom link they add to the template<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The previously available marker automatically generates and inserts the link which is easier to use but does not allow for customization of the link text<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Settings &gt; Channels &gt; Edit\/Save channel wait spinner<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">now include a spinning wheel till load\/save is complete to prevent user actions before the page is fully rendered.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>WareHouse App<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Cycle Count Product List Customization<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Added the ability for customers to control the list of products that show for Cycle Count in the App<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A new custom view &#8220;WH App Cycle Count Products&#8221; has been added to &#8220;Products &gt; Products&#8221;. This view by default includes all products except non-stocked items (i.e. Drop-Ship, Service, Kits, Proxy products).
