This release contains a number of new features and updates. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agiliron version 10.3 contains the following:<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #333333; text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Point of Sale<\/b><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>New Exchange Workflow<\/b><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>A new workflow has been added in the POS for managing exchanges (part\/full return along with a replacement\/purchase). This simplifies the process into one consolidated step (as opposed to multiple steps that were previously necessary to effect this). The refund, credits, additional payments &#8211; all possible scenarios are handled.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Quick Access Matrix Item Product Grid Display<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">This has been enhanced to display Matrix SKU specific images (if available) instead of Product images. Matrix SKU images were introduced in the previous release in the BackOffice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Drawer Count Report Enhanced<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Now retains the Previous cash in drawer amount (Leave) as the Begin amount on the next Count.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Process Returns without Terminal setting added<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">This field in POS Channel Settings controls how returns are handled. If &#8220;on&#8221; (which is the default), Returns are processed without requiring customer card to be inserted into the terminal for returns that are originating from previous sales made from the POS.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>BackOffice<\/b><\/span><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>Multiple Payments in Sales Returns &amp; Purchase Orders now possible<\/b><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>Sales Returns and Purchase Orders can now support multiple payments (like Sales Orders have previously).<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>Sales Orders Line Item Highlighting of Inventory Availability<\/b><\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>The Sales Orders Create\/Edit &amp; Detailed views have been enhanced to highlight the Inventory columns in Green\/Red depending on Stock availability for each line item (for un-shipped Sales Orders) so it draws attention of the user to the line items that are lacking inventory.<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">POS Time Tracking Report in BackOffice<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Under &#8220;Reports&#8221;, new table &#8220;Time Tracking&#8221; available that provides access to all the fields in the POS Time Tracking information. This can be used by management to run reports across all POS users.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Bulk Inventory Update Optimized for Amazon<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Bulk Inventory Update (available at bottom of Products &gt; Products) syncs current inventory numbers to all channels that products are placed in. To circumvent Amazon throttling of API calls, the bulk inventory update has been optimized for efficient updates to Amazon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Both Bulk Inventory &amp; Bulk Pricing have also been updated to send an email notification to user when the sync is completed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Location Specific Inventory Sync Implemented<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333333;\">In cases where customers want to sync inventory from only a specific stock location to a specific channel, that capability is now available per channel.
