Agiliron Version 10.2 Updates

Agiliron version 10.2 is now available on all accounts. This release contains a number of new features and updates.

Agiliron v10.2 contains the following:

  • POS
    • “Review Returns” – New Flow added
      • Users can now pull up a previous return to review and reprint receipt (“Review Sales” has been previously supported for the same dealing with Sales Orders).
    • Addition of Sales Order # and Sales Return # Barcodes to the POS Receipt
      • This is included at the bottom of the receipt for the standard receipts
      • This facilitates scanning of the order # for returns, exchanges, reprints
      • Customizable receipts: 2 new markers are available – $pos_sales_order_number_barcode and $pos_return_order_number_barcode which are also in the drop-down selectors on the template editing page.
    • Customer New/Edit dialog – 2 New Fields
      • “Type” and “%Discount” which to the respective fields in “Account” in the CRM.
    • Product Information Dialog – Bin Location Added
      • If display of stock from all stock locations is turned on in the POS Channel settings, then the Stock Table will display Bin Location at each stock location.
    • Time Tracking Report enhancement
      • Now includes the Total hours at the bottom of the report.
  • BackOffice
    • Inventory and Pricing Sync to All Channels
      • Two new links have been added to the bottom of “Products > Products” – “Bulk Inventory Update to All Channels”, “Bulk Pricing Update to all Channels”. After a Inventory or Pricing import, these links can be used to push the updates to all channels with a single click.
    • Sales Orders “Select Template PDF” > “Email PDF” dialog enhanced
      • Contact List now includes Contact Profile information in () next to Contact Name and “Contact Name” is now a link that opens Contact in separate tab
      • Account added to List in include in email sent..this is also a link to open Account in separate tab
    • “Select Template PDF” added to all transaction modules
      • Allows user to select any custom template to generate and send documents – Quotes, Sales Order, Sales Returns, Receivables, Shipping, Purchase Orders, Payables, Receiving
    • All “Email PDF” flows enhanced
      • Allows user to select additional recipients from Contacts, Account in the system or additional email addresses not in the system.
      • For Sales Receipts, Invoices, Quotes, Sales Returns, Purchase Orders and related modules to use the “Select Template PDF” > “Email PDF” dialog
    • “Bill To” field editing enabled in Sales Orders, Sales Returns & Quotes
      • Gives additional control to user for customization in certain cases to override the default behavior. Previously this was auto-filled from Account & Contact
    • A new customizable template for B2B/B2C stores has been added. Template # 541100160
    • SPS Commerce – added support for 870 (Order Status)
    • Matrix SKU level Images
      • Edit a sku under the “Matrix Items” sub-tab for a product to add images to individual skus. This is also supported as a field in the product import/export CSV file
      • This field can accommodate one or more image filenames (in the same way as the product level)
    • Shipping Cost Sync to QuickBooks
      • “Settings > QuickBooks” now includes a new switch (“Sync Shipping, Freight & Delivery Costs”) that allows user to turn on/off the syncing of Shipping Costs (which came over from ShipStation or manually entered) to QuickBooks Desktop or Online.
    • Barcodes to ShipStation
      • When sending orders to ShipStaton, the product information now includes the Barcode information if available for the line item products in Agiliron.
    • Matrix Sku Barcode in Global Search
      • Matrix SKU Barcode now included in Global Search (it will return the Product that has the match).
    • PO & Returns – Direct Deposit Payment Method Types
      • (e.g. Electronic Transfer) has been added as a selectable Payment Method in PO and Sales Returns
    • Sales Orders related sub-tabs format in various modules (i.e. Accounts, Contacts, Products etc.)
      • Previously it displayed the results based on the Default view in “Orders > Sales Orders” list view
      • In 10.2, the related sub-tabs will still borrow the columns from that Default view in “Orders > Sales Orders” but will ignore the filters in the Default Custom View
      • The reason for this is that often customers set the Default view with time filters for specific windows but in the related sub-tabs you want to see the entire list.
    • Export Products, Images, Categories from external channels
      • Links in “Settings > Channels > edit respective channel) like BigCommerce, Magento, Shopify & WooCommerce for purposes of importing them into Agiliron
      • These have been made offline operations so they run in the background and email the user when complete
      • In many cases, because of the large number of products and images these can take a while so this approach makes that process easier to manage.
    • Sales Order & Invoices Customizable Templates PayInvoice Link
      • Supports an additional field “$sales_order_pay_invoice_url_link” in addition to the previously available “$sales_order_pay_invoice_url”
      • This new link just returns the actual URL for the PayInvoice page…the user can then include that url in a custom link they add to the template
      • The previously available marker automatically generates and inserts the link which is easier to use but does not allow for customization of the link text
    • Settings > Channels > Edit/Save channel wait spinner
      • now include a spinning wheel till load/save is complete to prevent user actions before the page is fully rendered.
  • WareHouse App
    • Cycle Count Product List Customization
      • Added the ability for customers to control the list of products that show for Cycle Count in the App
      • A new custom view “WH App Cycle Count Products” has been added to “Products > Products”. This view by default includes all products except non-stocked items (i.e. Drop-Ship, Service, Kits, Proxy products). Customers can edit this view to add additional filters to customize the products displayed for Cycle Count in the App.
